About the event
An educational and interactive workshop focusing on the anatomy and physiology of the changing female body and how to care for and nuture ourselves and others throughout our menstrual cycle.
This workshop shares and puts into practice ideas for self care and to embrace how amazing our bodies are.
We explore different stages of our cycles and how we can work with our cycles to rest and be productive.
We will look at the EMREN peroid pants range as a beautifully designed, sustainable and a practical option for menstruating females.
