Day seven of the Girlspo 30 day challenge is The ugly critic. This is all about making peace with the little voice inside your head that says you can't. We all have this little voice right? I know I do. Hell I had it posting this photo! Today's task is to take the imperfect selfie and post it, sticking to your ugly critic. Ignoring my critics thoughts that are running around in my head right now about my crooked teeth, my messy hair and no make up on my face. Reading the pages of my guide today really hit home for me as I think my inner critic makes a daily appearance- sometimes more than one!!! I'll be trying to take on board the advice to kick my inner critic to the curb and learn to defuse myself from negative thoughts when they are not helpful. Easier said than done after years of fighting with her but it's a start! 💪🏽
