It's all too much!!!!!! What have you done when you feel overwelmed? What would your overwelmed face look like? Feeling overwelmed is a feeling I know a lot about ;-(
Day 21 of the Girlspo guide is it's all too much! Today talks about feeling overwhelmed which if I'm being honest is a emotion that I feel regularly. Actually every day!
For those of you that know me well will know that I have trouble saying no, often don't ask for help and often don't want help as I like to do things the way I want them done. I can bite off more than I can chew and can put pressure on myself to get things done to the best of my ability. Sitting still isn't something I'm good at. I feel so overwhelmed sometimes and crave having some down time but when I get this time (very rarely) I'll fill my day in running around like crazy and putting my hand up for more tasks so that I feel even more overwhelmed by the time I hop into bed. Is this just me???
Today the brand ambassadors were asked to discuss what we have done to reduce feeling overwhelmed and post a overwhelmed selfie face (this wasn't hard as I'm not a selfie fan so already felt overwhelmed haha) ...Umm after reading my paragraph above I'm not sure I do much successfully and may need to book myself into a psychiatric clinic immediately! However, I am getting better. I have said no to people twice in the last week and a huge weight has been taken off my shoulders. And I am proud of myself for this. I also have found that trying to be as honest as possible with my blogs and posts also helps to feel under less pressure. I think writing things down is in a way therapeutic. Asking for and accepting help is something that I need to work on. But hey, awareness is a start.
