Self Lovin Round 2
Over 4 weeks I got to know 13 amazing young girls in our second ever Self Lovin program. The program included learning about Mindfulness, Flower Crown Making, having a photo shoot, making healthy smoothies, practicing yoga and relaxation exercises, skin care routines and learning how to be confident, happy and healthy. A big thank you to Girl Lane who supplied 'goodies' for the girls and to Tracy at Mind Body Movement for allowing us to use your space.
